NHSA Membership Application

NHSA membership is free. As a nonprofit organization, we welcome donations when possible and are primarily supported through our education and training programs.

Membership in the National Hyperbaric Safety Association (NHSA) requires adherence to a strict set of safety, ethical, and operational guidelines. Members agree to operate in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including NFPA 99 Chapter 14 standards, ASME PVHO-1 requirements for pressure vessels, and the use of FDA-cleared hyperbaric chambers. Members must maintain appropriate training and credentialing, implement documented safety protocols and emergency procedures, conduct regular safety drills, ensure proper equipment maintenance and servicing, and uphold transparent medical documentation practices. By applying for membership, you acknowledge your commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, accountability, and professionalism in the practice of hyperbaric medicine.
